For the ingredients, you'll need a base of 1 cup cooked sushi rice, a protein of 4 oz cubed Ahi tuna or salmon, and a simple sauce made from 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 1 tsp rice vinegar. Round out the bowl with toppings like 1/2 sliced avocado and 1/4 cup each of shredded carrots and cucumber, plus the all-important 2 tbsp of Hanif's Crispy Onions for crunch.
